The standard wood colonial Gable greenhouse kit includes the following features: 24 wood wall framing 16” on center oc, 24 Trusses 24” on center, 6' high side walls, treated shelves on 3 sides, sun sky soft white corrugated polycarbonate roof. For the 8X8 size, there are 25 – 18X23 single hung windows with half screens and 12 – 10X18 transoms. The 8X12 size comes with 33 – 18X23 single hung windows with half screens and 16 – 10X18 transoms. The windows can be opened for ventilation. LP smart Siding is Pre-Fastened onto wall panels to ensure they are square. The walls come in panelized sections, saving time in assembly. The straight trim is Pre-Fastened to panels using high-quality composite material. All other parts are Precut and ready to assemble. A 34*72 adult Dutch door with window and colonial hinges is included, as well as a D-Handle door latch and high-quality composite material corner trim. The exterior trim and Siding are 98% prep Rimed, while the interior is not primed. Hardware needed for assembly (screws, latches, handles, nails) is included. This greenhouse kit is highly durable, featuring 76.5” sidewalls with premium 2x4 wood framing for enhanced stability and strength. It is crafted with high-quality LP SmartSide siding and trim that is primed and ready for painting. The corrugated polycarbonate roofing is designed to withstand extreme climates.
